of a great feedback for our clients who are interested in renting their apartments through
which they can have an armchair income . 65% of our owners are British investors
along with the remaining 35% European community. We have signed agreement along with
BLUE MIND EGYPT to do the management and running of the resort. They have the
exclusive power to sell unit along with rentals throughout the Europe, Middle East, Africa
and assigning agents for the Far East. The Management Company can do the rentals on
your behalf along with providing all the services to the client.
Hurghada future expansion and investment and Real Estate development in that
area of the Red Sea is
booming as many projects on the coast connecting El Gouna as one of the Red Sea land marks
and Hurghada with its old History.
Royal Beach has 209 apartments and is currently opened with most of all the
facilities in place up and running. We
offer for sale hotel suites, studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with the following prices,
which depend on the view and how far it is located from the sea.
Payment Options
We propose payment plans up to 5 years and the possibility to move in the apartment after
the purchase contract is signed. Payment conditions are the following:
a)Cash payment (10% discount on the price of the unit) 10% on reservation of the apartment unit 40% sign and exchange of the contract 50% delivery of the apartment b)Payment in installments for a period of 1 year 10% on reservation of the apartment unit 40% sign and exchange of the contract 10% delivery of the apartment 40% in monthly or quarterly installments for a period of 1 year c)Payment in installments for a period of 2 year 10% on reservation of the apartment unit 30% sign and exchange of the contract 20% delivery of the apartment 40% in monthly or quarterly installments for a period of 2 year d)Payment in installments for a period of 3 year 10% on reservation of the apartment unit 30% sign and exchange of the contract 20% delivery of the apartment 40% in monthly or quarterly installments for a period of 3 year
